By using BusinessClaw AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BusinessClaw AI is a multi-tenant AI agent platform providing communication automation, CRM, campaign management, and related services.

3. AI Disclaimer

BusinessClaw AI uses artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, and automated actions. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. BusinessClaw AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Per-message and per-minute costs are debited from your prepaid wallet in real-time. All amounts are in INR unless specified otherwise. GST (18%) is applicable.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. BusinessClaw AI processes your data to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
