By accessing or using BusinessClaw AI ("the Service"), operated by SJ25 Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
BusinessClaw AI is a multi-tenant AI agent platform that provides:
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Each account creates a separate tenant. Your data is isolated from all other tenants on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

When using WhatsApp through BusinessClaw AI, you also agree to:
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending WhatsApp messages. You must comply with WhatsApp's 24-hour service window rules and template message approval process.
BusinessClaw AI acts as a Technology Provider / BSP facilitator. We do not own or control the WhatsApp Business API. Meta/WhatsApp may suspend or restrict your WhatsApp Business Account independently of BusinessClaw AI.
BusinessClaw AI uses artificial intelligence (powered by LLMs including Claude, Gemini, and GPT via OpenRouter) to generate content, responses, recommendations, and automated actions.

The Service is offered in four tiers: Free, Starter (\u20b92,499/month), Pro (\u20b97,999/month), and Enterprise (\u20b924,999/month). Annual billing is available at a discount (~17%). Current pricing is displayed at businessclawai.com/pricing.
Per-message, per-minute, and per-API-call costs are debited from your prepaid wallet in real-time. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance. The Service may pause messaging features if your balance reaches zero.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST at 18% is applicable on all payments for Indian customers. Invoices will include GSTIN, SAC code, and HSN details.
Unused wallet balance is refundable upon account closure, minus any outstanding charges. Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Enterprise plans support bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).
You own your data. BusinessClaw AI processes your data solely to provide the Service. You retain all rights, title, and interest in your business data, customer data, and content.
You can export your data at any time in machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) via the dashboard or API. Upon account termination, we provide a 30-day window for data export before deletion.
We do not use your data to train AI models that are shared with other tenants or third parties.
We target 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Enterprise plans include SLA-backed availability guarantees with financial credits for downtime.
The Service depends on third-party providers (Google Cloud, WhatsApp/Meta, Razorpay, SMS providers, Voice providers). We are not responsible for outages or service degradation caused by these third-party providers.
The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by SJ25 Digital. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service unless you are on an Enterprise plan with a white-label agreement, or participating in our Distributor/Partner program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessClaw AI's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SJ25 Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including WhatsApp Business Policy).
You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
Upon termination: (a) your access to the Service will be revoked, (b) you will have 30 days to export your data, (c) after 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted, (d) unused wallet balance will be refunded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Before filing a legal claim, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
